I couldn’t be happier with the results! Lou did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets—what I thought were permanent stains are completely gone. Lou is the only one I’d ever have clean my carpets. He has super nice super professional does an amazing job did literally my whole house in less than two hours and I had a couple serious stains from my dog that are about 98% gone. It was a bad stain. It was red and it’s amazing how much it’s gotten, and the carpet lines on the carpet after is the icing on the cake
