Can’t stress enough how munch Jeanne has helped me. Im a vet with multiple tours overseas which caused a lot of physical issues. I have been struggling with back pain / sciatica for years and tried tons of different treatment methods from physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy and so on. Nothing has been able to help as much as working with her. I had no idea what Pilates was even about before I started. I highly recommend checking her out!
