“I have been going to Jess for facials for just short of a year. Jess provides the most luxurious facial I have ever experienced, hands down. After I started going to her, I began receiving compliments on my skin almost daily. “I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.

At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.

I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability.
