we had Dan and Vic replace the rubber stripping on the bottom of our Pella door, which had come loose inside. they were sooo very kind, caring and pleasant to deal with and gave my husband and I many tips on the door the care of it. they did the job in under a half and hour and did not have to remove the door, which I thought they would have to do. I am commenting on their visit to let Pela know how much we appreciated their repair job.. they are indeed a employees to be valued. if I need a repair on either of our 2 Pella doors, I will quest them .
