Oana is committed to her clients like no other esthetician or skincare professional I’ve ever met! I’m so impressed how much she TRULY CARES about getting my skin to a point where it is no longer inflamed and broken out from rosacea. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had facials at many high-end luxurious spas, was under the care of two highly regarded dermatologists, had numerous medical grade procedures done, and exclusively used very expensive medical grade products and cosmetics. No one has been able to make the progress that Oana has helped me achieve in just two months of working with her. It’s a slow and steady process and she reassures me of this pace. Her background in biology makes a huge difference, in my opinion! She knows that the body is a system and keeps stressing how diet, sleep, exercise, stress, sun exposure, etc. all impact the body’s largest organ, the skin. Oana incorporates this fact into her approach to skincare. She continues to help me understand how all of these factors play a role in my skin issues and gives me the encouragement (sometimes daily) to stay true to the course she and I are committed to. Somedays, she is just the reminder and cheerleader I need in my life! In addition, Oana has a very unique technique to her facials. I imagine this is influenced by her European roots – just what us American women yearn for! Plus, she incorporates technology into it. Yes, technology! There isn’t a better way to truly measure results than through technology! She has more tools and gadgets that help the skin than I ever knew existed! I can’t describe her facials other than “purely awesome!” Oana is extremely selective about the skincare lines she offers and is super knowledgeable of each product she uses. I have drawers full of cosmetics and skincare products that were sold to me and never worked, not to mention all the $$$$ I’ve spent. Oana makes sure the product is right for me and tests how I respond before she recommends any products to me for purchase. Orchid Esthetics offers a tranquil environment.
