I'm expecting great things because I've attended yoga classes with one of their teaches before. But, whose idea was it to have light grey writing on a white background on the web site? Bad idea.

So happy to been introduced to this place by a friend! I enjoy practicing Iyengar yoga which is taught here . Besides the beautiful setting and atmosphere of the surroundings & the building, the the teachers I have practiced with are welltrained, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend open Sky Yogs

One of the best kept secrets of Rochester. And one of the best Iyengar studios in the world. Students come from all over the world to attend the Center's teacher training sessions. Rochester residents are lucky to have this place in our own back yard.
