I just called to make an appointment for my taxes. I asked why no one called me this year. The lady said we never call anyone to schedule an appointment. Well, someone did call me to schedule with Paul and the next year year with someone with a name of Matt ?eggart . S0 don't call me a liar. I have been a client for over 50 years. when Don Friga was a gentleman and his staff knew how to listen to people. There has to be more professionals in this business.. Let me know of someone can do a better job of giving better customer service.

Great experience. I normally don't post reviews, but I was pleased with the customer service at the front desk. In addition, our preparer was VERY patient with us.It appears to be a busy establishment.
