Chloe did an amazing job. She was very gentle, but thorough. My toes look great! The place is extremely clean & they are still practicing safe Covid procedures. I'll be back.
I religiously go here. I love every single nail artist and they all do amazing. The owner truly cares about each of her clients and remembers peoples names which is so sweet! Whenever I come home from college this is always my first stop.
My roommates and I made a last minute appointment here because our original nail salon closed due to someone testing positive with COVID. When we got there there was no one really there which we thought was great. Low and behold I now know why. So when we walked in, all seemed great! There were curtains separating you from the nail artist. The owner(I think) asked is all to wash our hands and to use hand sanitizer after for when I signed into their log. I sat down 6 ft away from another client. There was only one guy who wasn't working on nails and I thought he was gonna be my nail artist. So I sat there waiting for 10 minutes while my friends were already getting started. I was annoyed at this point. Then! The client who was 6 ft down from me left and the nail artist called me over to sit. I hesitated and asked her to wipe down the chair because it wasn't sanitized. She looked at me and said "yea, sit" and I again asked her to sanitize it. She then picked up a bottle of alcohol spray and stuck her arm through the hole of the curtain to spray the chair. I would've much rather her to have gotten up and sprayed the chair then wiped it down. But instead I sat on a wet chair. She then snickered to another coworker in her language. Which I thought was extremely rude because I know she was talking about me. When she was pushing my cuticles back she was using so much force it was uncomfortable and I was grimacing. When cutting my cuticles, she kept nicking my skin and made one finger bleed! It wouldn't stop bleeding and she ended up putting something sticky on my finger to stop it from bleeding. I have no idea what she put on my finger. And for all I know, she could've used that on someone else's bloody finger!!! I gave her a poor tip because of this awful experience. My nail artist had short hair and was young. I will not be going back! And I recommend you don't go there if you're being cautious of COVID. I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture of how bad my finger looked. This was my third time going and they progressively have gotten worse on my list. The second time I went, the guy did three coats of dip powder when other salons have told me the standard is two coats. Same with gel. Usually with light colored gel most salons do three coats. With dark colored gel most salons do two coats. My woman yesterday did three coats of a dark nail polish.
