Mr Key's is the kind of business that makes me almost look forward to having another key problem so I can go back.
I'm a procrastinator, but luckily I realized the ignition in my 2010 Civic was shot before it became absolutely impossible to turn the key and start the car. And luckily I found Mr Key's (through Reddit). For the price they quoted - a LOT less than the dealer and significantly less than anyone else I called - I thought I might be in for a less than stellar experience. Came in to get key duplicated. Unfortunately the original was broken during the key making process. Not only did they replace the original and gave me new ones, but the owner came to my premises himself to make sure they worked properly and there was no issue. Even with this issue I had, I would still come back for their services. Great local Rochester customer service at it's best.

“Nicki” told Me a great story (about how I could get my old, broken fob repaired in half an hour); I drove all the way over here, and it’s happening for Me right now for less than &50 !!!
