It is unfortunate when a buisness treats you with absolutely no respect and a complete disregard for you and your time. I reached out to Mobile Mike’s for auto repair. I left detailed message with what I needed to be done time frame. I received a message several hrs later that stated they would arrive the next morning at 1030 am. Well the next day 10:30 came and went. No call no message no concern for the client. Eventually I received message stating the couldn’t make the 10:30am appt. But come later that night at 7:30. My husband and I were desperately looking for a mechanic, came across this one. Set up so many "appts" just so he wouldn't show up. Lady on the phone making excuses and "rescheduling" this went on for a good 4-5 days straight. My husband called out of work 2 days mechanic never showed up. Last time he said he would show up, he said he was leaving his doctors office called him back 2 hours later to get his ETA he replied with "I'm at Wegmans getting food" never ever showed up. No calls/texts we had to call/text to get updates. Don't waste your time here look somewhere else and save your time.
