Update.... I received a call from the Managing Partner who worked through the issue with us and was able to get to a equitable solution for all of us. I felt the resolution did take me some additional effort to get there, but they did take the time to ensure that we were satisfied. Companies may have challenges or fall down at times, so the way they pick themselves up and address issues are key.
