I've never had a bad facial. All slightly different as they do facials according to their schooling. I've never walked away from any of the appointments dissatisfied. I do believe at this point, everyone has given me a facial.
Management is also on point and involved.

Been going to Massage Envy Pittsford for a couple of months. Got a gift card. I have Jeremy as my Massage Therapist. Fantastic . The service and atmosphere is excellent. Wonderful staff the Manager Heather is so nice and her staff also. Thankyou for a wonderful experience monthly Massage Envy and Staff.

I had Robert as a masseuse & he was wonderful. He explained the techniques he was using & provided tips on stretching/exercises to keep my back loose. I walked away feeling like a new person- highly recommend!
