Could not say enough good things about LyteSpeed. After the initial fee for Emergency Service (which was very reasonable), Tom followed up three or four times to make sure everything was working properly, and when it wasn't, he went above and beyond to remedy the issue at no additional cost. Will never go anywhere else for my small business's IT needs.

This was a good and honest local computer shop for all customers for years. However, they do not serve "residential" consumers anymore. Instead telling their many former customers that on the headline of their new website, they waste customers time putting them through a trap-door where they are told a story about an "evolving computer business" and then finally told that they are no longer welcome. TELL EVERYONE WHO YOU SERVE IN YOUR AD HEADLINE!It now appears LyteSpeed has amended and changed their website informing customers they now only serve businesses. Good decision.
