So grateful and happy. I recently moved into my home and wanted furnace maintenance as it was way overdue. Lou arrived on time, performed the maintenance and I just happened to ask a question about my gas insert fireplace. Come to find out that he services them too! Who knew? He responded immediately to my distress call and spent most of the day fixing the pump and drain pipes as well as a breaker in my electrical panel and some troublesome GFIC's.
