There was miscommunication in my drop off and the customer rep at the counter corrected the issue in a timely manner. I have been with this cleaners for 30 yrs and would not go anywhere else
I have used Julian's twice now for a very special dress. Both times it came back in perfect condition. The woman who services the desk always has a smile, is pleasant and very helpful. This is my go to cleaners from now on.
I brought in my top that had a stuck zipper. Thought it needed to be replaced. Got a call saying they had unstuck the zipper and it was fine. I picked it up and they did not charge me. I appreciated this so much. I will continue using Julian's.
