Just a first class outfit, from my first call inquiring about their service to the field manager who came to the house to scope out the job, to the techs who came out to do the actual work, to the office staff we dealt with. Friendly, professional, careful and respectful of our house. Also, very fairly priced. Their equipment was very clean as was their van. They looked over the job and gave us a very accurate estimate of how long it was going to take. They worked quickly and very efficiently. They completely explained each step of the process. We purchased a home last year built in 2005. We knew it was neglected. Three professionals came in and cleaned our vents. They also added tea tree oil to make our house feel immediately refreshed. They were clean, professional and after 2 1/2 hours my home feels spa like. I strongly recommend them. The stuff they removed could have been a fire hazard. I will be reusing them in 3-5 years. They also provided 3 special filters to change out quarterly. It helps to minimize germs. Who wouldn't want that?

Amazing work. I know duct cleaning is somewhat controversial, and maybe there are scams out there, but I felt like our home really needed it and I was very pleased with the outcome! Indoor Air Professionals did a great job and my home feels much cleaner now.
