“RRH has gone downhill fast since COVID. I'm currently on hold for my child's nurse. I have been on hold for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. I called earlier in the week and was advised the ONE nurse for the CLINIC had the day off. My PCP recently left RRH. Seems like a lot of people are jumping this sinking ship. I have written all this and still on hold. Next call will be to URMC to switch his care. We already switched the rest of the family to URMC physicians. Update: 30 minutes on hold, still no answer. Repeat recordings and music are really annoying.“

“Our family is so thankful to UR Home Hospice for the compassionate care and services they gave to our dad, a WWII veteran. From the nursing and social services to the amazing Chaplain Marianne we all benefitted in Dad’s last 6 weeks of like. On Veterans Day Dad traveled to the Aurora Home for his last three days where he had the best send off possible. Thank you all so much ?“
