I recently made an appointment to have Hawn service my central air conditioning, which was only putting out slightly cooler than room temperature air this season. Shortly after making my appointment, Kim called back to inquire about the last time I changed the furnace filter. I was embarrassed to admit that I had not changed the filter since the furnace was installed (by Hawn) 4 years ago. Kim explained that a dirty/clogged filter could make all the difference in how the central air performs. I canceled my appointment and ordered a new filter online.

I’d like to acknowledge Aric’s outstanding service, efficiency, professionalism, congeniality and knowledge when cleaning my air ducts yesterday. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with him over a job I was dreading to undertake for so long. He left my home immaculate and uncluttered.
To my amazement, I woke up this AM without sneezing and congestion.

We have used Hawn heating for many years. Today's call was as efficient and timely as usual. The results were explained and I will be signing up for the annual checkup again. Highly recommend.
