I’ve been a client at FMR for over two years and Christian and Kyle have helped me improve in every aspect of my life. Because of them, I have gained a lot of strength and agility from their personal knowledge and efficient equipment. They have helped me gain lots of confidence throughout my time with them. FMR is more than just a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, perceptive and experienced professionals. It's also an environment that fosters growth and resilence. Christian and Kyle work diligently to provide individual care while simultaneously encouraging a community based atmosphere. They are dedicated to their clients and go beyond the typical client-trainor relationship to motivate and educate. Working directly with Christian over the past year has led to changes and improvements in so much more than just my physical health. FMR Fitness and Wellness was extremely welcoming and understanding of my situation when I approached them. I am a college prospect for football kicking and I wanted them to do one thing: improve my athleticism. Kyle Napier performed a full-body orthopedic assessment, in which he determined some muscles to be stronger or weaker than the "accepted" norm. Napier then developed a warm-up (fully customized to help me improve on my areas of weakness) and a 3 day workout plan at FMR for me to complete.
