I mixed up my date when they were supposed to come out and measure and when I called we realized my mistake but she sent someone out immediately to measure. That's just great customer service!!!“

We worked with Art McLoud to select an Armstrong product and Dereck and Kevin did the actual installation. I can’t say enough about how good they were. They cleaned up as they went along and there was very little to do after they were done, other than to admire the end result. We are very happy with the work that was done and will have United back to replace some carpet at a future date. “Second time using Rochester Hardwood Floor.

My home has the original narrow plank hardwoods. The floors are over 60 years old. Rochester Hardwood, literally has made them look brand new! Their work is consistently good. Two years ago, I had the floors on the main level refinished, and last month I had the 2nd floor floors refinished. I’m amazed at how well the floors turn out.

The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review: the shoe molding trim really takes a beating and in several areas there was polyurethane splashed up on my walls and trim.

Otherwise- couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the floors turned out.“
