Usually very prompt at setting a time to resolve our issue (usually within 1 to 3 days). Very polite professional and knowledgeable technicians. Customer service is polite and pleasant to talk to.

Have been working with Javi for a while and it is always a pleasure. He is very professional and always ready to answer any questions that we throw at him. Will definitely keep using Exodus for all of our exterminating needs!

Great value for the price! I've used them for 5 years and the service has not slipped one bit, in fact it's gotten better!
If you call them after they have sprayed to address a problem area you might have (bees under deck etc..) they will send someone back out free of charge if you are a monthly customer. That's good service!
