Let them know that I could only drop off my items with them if they could be picked up by a particular day and time. They weren’t done, weren’t on site 3-1/2 days later. The cashier was friendly and apologetic and tried to help after the fact, but it created a real problem for me.

Located in The Plaza At Win-Jeff this DryClean Express location offers dry cleaning, laundry and alterations. They don't offer a lot of frills that you might find at other cleaners, such as text messaging when your items are ready, but the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would!! I went here to get my prom dress pressed. And the entire back of my prom dress has wrinkles pressed into it. They disappointed me considering they are one of the higher rated dry cleaners. Would never go back.
