As a parent, Dr. Psaila is by far the worst pediatric doctor I have experienced. She is rude, does not take time to answer questions. In fact, the few questions I asked, she made me feel as though they werent worth her time. She prescribed creams that cost upwards of 500$ per tube and when I asked for an alternative, she informed me I "should take it up with the pharmacy" if I couldnt afford it! All this ONLY if you can be scheduled as most appts are a month or more out. only when I get loud on the call do theu all of a sudden have a "cancellation" pop up out of nowhere. Stay away!! Not worth the aggravation!
Waited 3 months to get in and had a visit for about a minute and a half. Was suppose to get a full body scan since I've had skin cancer froze off before. Never went through and even checked any part covered by my gown and still have the initial problem I went there for. Insurance company sure got billed. Would not recommend. Just want your money and don't want to do their Profesional job
This has to be one of the worst dermatology offices I have ever been to. The interior is nicely decorated which is the only nice thing about this place. I went to Dr Psaila to address a hair/derm-related issue. When she came in to see me, she was standing, as if in a rush and wouldn't let me talk much about my concerns. A few minutes later, she was out and everything was explained to me hastily by a nurse. A couple of weeks after my visit, I showed a severe reaction to one of the medications, I called and left a message for the nurses; two hours later, no one had reached back to me. This time, I called the front desk literally crying and asking to be seen immediately. I was told the doctor was not in that day and that someone would get back to me within an hour; 5 hours later, a nurse called me back, completely unaware of the possible side-effects of that certain medication ( even the ones mentioned in the brochure of the medication seemed odd and new to her). A day later and I am still waiting for her to talk to the doctor and get back to me (she told me she would do it immediately). Overall, between the patient management and follow up care, this office treated me in the most unprofessional way. Waste of time and money.
