Very Rude. I missed one appointment ON ACCIDENT and now I've been terminated. I wasn't given a warning or anything just sent a letter letting me know. I tried to call to schedule an appointment multiple times, each time the line was busy so I put myself down to get a call back and never received one.

Went to provide a service for a patient instead I got harassed, by Staff rude unprofessional, plus one of the secretary told me to tell patient over the because she miss her appointment due to a car accident, patient crying and begging can you please reschedule my appointment for my daughter. Because of the language barrier. Patient did not even know she had one. The devil is a lier, couldn’t take my pease??

Not good like they used to be. It’s like they were always beating around the bush with explanations. I never have truly gotten any explanations on what exactly has been going on with my skin. Just that I have cysts and pimples and other acne & none of what they would prescribe helped. & they kept making me retake the same things until I had enough. I took accutane and completed it in February and after my last visit decided to not go back. I’d rather see a different dermatologist that cares to help me out with my skin. Oh and the front desk people never answer the phone when you call & customer service isn’t good overall.
