What a wonderful experience! my poor foster kitty has been struggling with skin issues for over a year. He has seen multiple vets with minimal results. Dr. Solc was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. She was honest and we left with a plan that hopefully will improve his quality of life. We are hopefully. Great experience, very friendly staff and technician.
My dog, Raider, is very anxious in any vet’s office & requires anti-anxiety meds before going. The tech & the Dr @ this office were so calm & patient with him! They told me he did great while in the back briefly without me & gave me details of how he did & how they handled him. I felt very safe & comfortable with him in their care. And then Dr Mount spent a good amount of time telling us what she discovered & best treatment options & how to proceed from there. I was extremely pleased with their knowledge & care!!!! And I was also highly impressed with how much info they already had on him from communication with his reg vet prior to our appt. They were clearly very thorough with their prep (better than any PCP or specialist I’ve ever gone to personally). Raider wasn’t thrilled, but he also wasn’t petrified. ☺️ I’d highly recommend this office!!!! (Albuquerque, NM)
Dermatology for Animals in Akron is wonderful!! Starting with the appointment schedulers and receptionists Sarah and Kim they made sure my dog Tegan could be seen quickly as he had an immediate need. We were seen my Denise a very knowledgeable and patient technician. We appreciated her understanding!! Dr. Flanagan was knowledgeable about Tegan's disease which is not common Uveodermatologic Syndrome. She started Tegan on a new medication regimen and we have faith in her judgment. Thank you to a wonderful group of people!!
