Based on my experience with Nick Bendschneider dba CMB Property Management, CMB Holdings LLC, Armour Enterprises, Armour Sealers (and possibly other names) I cannot recommend doing business with him or these companies. Nick contracted with me for snow removal for the '21-22 season and left us high and dry. While he stated multiple times he would refund us, that hasn't happened. I've personally heard about 3 others that were also defrauded. Nick uses a lot of different company names, has even more phone numbers and email addresses and has acted like the victim and tries to imply he's not the business owner.
