Christi Carpets was fantastic from start to finish on my basement flooring project. Their team was patient and accommodating—even when I changed my mind on the product choice—they came out to the house multiple times to talk options with my unique need/job to make sure everything would be just right. The staff in the store was also absolutely awesome, helping me through color selection, providing samples and product options with genuine care. The finished floor(s) look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Christi Carpets for any flooring needs!
We had a great experience with Christie Carpets! Their pricing was fair, and they were quick to get us on the schedule and flexible with our timing. I visited both of their locations and worked with three different team members — everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Tim did our carpet installation, and he was the best — on time, kind, skilled, and incredibly efficient. The carpet looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Our carpet and LVP flooring was installed July 2025. Dave(1) and Dave(2) did an outstanding carpet installation focusing on detail and perfection, especially on our stairs! Nick and Ron did an awesome job installing our LVP flooring. It looks beautiful!
Joe was very patient with us and made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire process. He even made an unscheduled trip to our home to assist in moving our refrigerator back in place! We just can't say enough good things about Christie. We feel very comfortable in having Christie Carpets do work for us in the future!
