I am so glad that Cats & Critters is our vet. Last year one of my senior cats had broncho-pneumonia and it was scary to see my sweet girl be so lethargic and unable to really move. We brought her to Cats & Critters for a triage and had a great experience for the situation we were in. Our vet even called another one of the doctors who answered and helped even though she was off that day and eating breakfast. With the medicine and care we received from Cats & Critters my cat made a full recovery. Very pleased with the care my cats are receiving. Our primary vet (Dr. Gimmy) is professional, responsive, educates us, is caring with our cats, and is friendly. Vet techs have also been wondering in handling our care. Front desk is responsive, friendly and professional.
I've brought my cats to Cats & Critters for almost 13 years and have always had a fantastic experience! More recently, my cat needed an unexpected surgery. They were thoughtful, informative, and supportive from start to finish. Couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Hach! I'm grateful to have such a reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy place to bring my pets for regular check-ups as well as those more (emotional) emergency situations. Highly recommend!!
