I came into this store to get some gifts for family members. The store smelled amazing and I enjoyed trying all the different scents to see which I liked most. The employee there named Justice helped me a ton and seemed like she really wanted to make sure I got the perfect gift as much as I did! I will definitely be back!

Came in here on a whim instead of bath and body works next door as I needed body soap and hand soap. Henry was in and explained the layout of the store, the scents, and the services they provide. He seemed very excited to be at work and taking care of customers. I ended up getting the Commando Bar soap, Here comes the Sun hand Soap and additionally, a Commando scented body butter. Henry did the work and took the time out of his day to call the owner and find out if the body butters and scents were tattoo safe, and I REALLY appreciated that. Will be back for sure!

The Henrietta location is amazing! Clean, well stocked, very friendly staff. The complimentary gift wrapping is a wonderful touch. The rewards system is fantastic! I can’t get enough of this place!
