Wonderful experience, l went in with damaged eyebrows from a previous experience, l didn't think the technician would be able to get them to look decent. I was totally surprised that she actually made that one eyebrow look amazing! Perfect match to the other one. Great experience, the tech was awesome and friendly..

This was my first time going to this place and was leery due to all the poor reviews, but decided to roll the dice. Rinky (the nice one others recommended) no longer works here - I asked for her based upon others’ reviews.I saw Sibel instead who was very nice and welcoming, and she was the only one working. Fortunately I dodged the rude employee others warned others about.Threading didn’t take long and she did a good job trying to reshape my imperfect brows. I’d go back to her again! I do feel she was precise and knowledgeable.

I want to give a 5 star review so badly because every time I get my eyebrows done they are fabulous. But, I have to warn you that the service is extremely poor. I waited 5 minutes standing at the front desk while an employee sat in the back on her phone. It was awkward for me because I was trying to get her attention but she wasn’t aware I had even walked in. Every time I go she is slightly impatient and not very friendly at all. I will continue to come here to get my eyebrows done because they do such a good job but, I continue to be disappointed with the respect I receive.
