As newbies, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect but the orientation video gave us an idea and the staff filled in the gaps. The float room was warm, everything was provided to shower beforehand (it did take a while for the shower water to warm up), floating was an interesting experience but not at all uncomfortable or scary. Soft music that got louder signaled when our float was over. One of us thought the time passed quickly the other felt like 90 minutes was more like 9 hours, so floating might not be for everyone but if you’ve ever wanted to give it a try, this is a great place to go. Friendly staff, extremely clean facility and a relaxing experience. Highly recommended.
