My husband and I worked with Dennis Shew from BHG to downsize my parents into a one-floor residence. I normally consider home purchasing one of the more stressful things to do in life but Dennis made it super easy from start to finish. He made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed and was always looking out for our best interests. Bonus-- he listed our parents' property and it sold in two days.
