After having an issue with our home HVAC system, Nick was dispatched to our home and did and awesome job diagnosing the problem, explaining the issue, how to prevent it in the future and then making the necessary fix. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and careful with repair/cleanup. I will be using Betlem Residential again in the future, due to Nick’s service and hopefully he’ll be sent our way again when it’s time for annual service. Thanks!
We had a ductless ac/heat pump installed, Rob and his partner did a great job with the installation. Their attention to detail was second to none. At the end of the installation they made sure the job site was as the way they found it, they also took the time to review the remote with us to ensure smooth operation, they also gave us time to ask any questions. Great job Rob and crew.
