Matt and Jose did our tub installation in Cohocton NY July of 2024. They did a great job. Showed up on time, communicated well, and cleaned their work space upon completion. I manage service men/women for a living and I would describe their performance as nothing short of top notch. Highly recommend this service.

Kyle Claudio came to our home to move a grab bar from back to the front of our tub. He is a great and friendly worker, and very careful in what he does. He explained everything he is doing. If we need Bath Fitter again, I will ask for him. Thank you, Delores Swanson

We had Bathfitters install a new shower and bathtub 15 years ago. This year, we found slight cracks just last month in both rooms on the tile walls. We called Bathfitters. They immediately had an assessor come down and look at the cracks. They concluded that both areas in the master and standard bath needed replacement. Since they have a lifetime guarantee on materials and labor, we scheduled a time for them to install the aforementioned bathroom showers and bath.
