Balanced Massage Therapy

Every time I have a massage with Ashley, I think about how I can fit more of them into my life. I saw her for a massage twice pre-covid, then took a looonnnggg break due to covid and other personal issues. The office is located at the corner of Long Pond and English Roads, and shares space with other businesses. There is a small stairwell to climb to get to the office, and they are appointment only. Ashley is a caring practitioner, asking about any medical issues and what areas you'd like to focus on during your massage. I saw her this past weekend for a 90 minute lavender sugar scrub massage, which was as relaxing as it sounds. I actually drifted off during it. She worked out some extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, and though I was slightly sore the next day in those areas, I feel fantastic now! I am truly thankful for Balanced Massage Therapy on this #ThankYouThursday.

This was my first visit. I was very pleased with the service I received. Brittney was my massage therapist. She asked questions about my preferences and sore areas. I have scheduled a second appointment with her.

This is hands down the best place to get a massage. The atmosphere is incredible and I have never had a better massage. Every time I go I'm amazed by how great I feel when I leave. I'm especially impressed with the way they have cared for their clients during the pandemic... Between the intake form to the communications to the signage and to the efforts they make to keep the place perfectly sanitized make me feel reassured the moment I walk in the door. Going to Balanced Massage Therapy is now a regular part of my wellness regimen... I can't wait for my next appointment!
