I set up everything over the phone since I was out of town. I told them a tenant had moved out, and the apartment needed a deep clean. They arrived late but stated the house was cleaned after 2hrs. I returned to the Unit a month later, and it looked like it was not touched. The walls were still dirty, as well as baseboards, doors, and windows. So I'm unsure why they are so expensive and no work was done. I would recommend someone to be present if you are to use them. When I called to speak with a manager they started the cleaning pictures had been deleted, and the crew couldn't recall the house. Smh. They never offered a refund or recleaning but wanted to keep their money...read full review
