Ricky showed up as promised and worked almost 6 hours without a break inspecting and cleaning my units.
He suggested a fix to remove the condensate from my oldest furnace that was implemented before he left and fixed a problem from a previous faulty install by a competitor.
I couldn't have been happier.
I'm very happy with the service from Airquip. Bob called to let me know that he was on his way. He was very respectful of our property and was very friendly. He gave me good insight into how to get the most life out of our heating and cooling systems. Thank you Bob for a pleasant maintenance call.
We are very happy with our experience with Airquip. When is was time to replace the second air handler in our home I called Michael Bassett and he remembered me from the first installation and was very accommodating to our schedule. Once the installation was scheduled the team of Justin, Jeff, and Justice was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the entire experience.
