I was in desperate need for color correction, and Ava at W Salon did a phenomenal job coming to my rescue. She gave me jaw-droppingly gorgeous blonde highlights that are so perfect in their color and tone that I can't take my eyes off of them! Ava is very talented, professional and friendly. She has colored my hair many times and never takes me down a path I can’t achieve based on unrealistic social media pictures. The atmosphere of the salon has a boutique feel. The Rebel Reds team clearly promotes small neighborhood-oriented businesses. Safari is an amazing esthetician! She is so knowledgeable about pigmentation-related concerns and makes her clients feel comfortable, pampered and welcome.

I've been to Hazel twice now. I initially had a consultation and told her I wanted to cover my grays. She told me all the options such as rinse, Demi-permanent and permanent and told me the pros and cons of each. She didn't try to force anything on me and let me decide. She clearly explained what to expect when I chose just a color rinse and sure enough the outcome was exactly what she said it'll be. During my appointment I also told her I'd been cutting my own hair for years and wanted to keep my length but get rid of as much split ends as possible. She did exactly that and didn't cut too much. I felt like she really listens to what you want and delivers. It made me feel comfortable going shorter the second time and trying a new style. I have tight coily type 4a-c hair and hadn't gotten my hair professionally straighten in over ten years so I was so happy that my hair turned out straight and the second time it lasted it lot longer. I love that she roller sets me first and then blow dried and straightens it. I didn't have any heat damage. Ultimately I love her salon and the experience. It's so relaxing I want to fall asleep. And she keeps the doors locked so not just anybody could walk in. I think anyone that has had bad salon experiences would feel relief knowing that Hazel is a stylist you can trust and you and your hair are in good hands.
ALLY AND LISA WERE AMAZING!!! Such a welcoming and chill environment, offering drinks and snacks while doing your hair. Really genuine people, it feels like you’re just hanging out instead of other places that only want to get you in and out. They care about what you look like. My acrylic nails and gel toes stay strong and perfect color even with my cleaning profession. Lisa has always done my nails I love her work. Kim has done them while Lisa was away just as good! I wear Jackie's work of art around my wrists (forever bracelets) and Kimmy's micro blading technique is fantastic. I have never had Tonya work on me but she always has a smile!

After finding out my regular brow threader was going to be out of work for the remainder of the year, I knew I was going to have to find somewhere else to go. After a few bad experiences at other places, I found Sara at Elegant Brows, and she is AMAZING. She listens to how you want your brows done, unlike some brow threaders who just do them however they want, and is a wonderful person. My brows have never looked better. I will definitely be returning!

If I could give this salon 10,000,000 stars I would. I have always gone to the fabulous Sydney Noonan for all my highlighting needs since I was 16, and haven’t stopped going to her since. Whether I needed a touch up, full highlight, blowout, or even a hairstyle for prom, it was done by Sydney. I had gotten my hair highlighted a couple years before her and non of the hair dressers I went to really listened to what I wanted, but Sydney always listened so so well to what I wanted, but also gave her artistic eye to create perfection. Over the years I recommend her to every single family member as well as other friends, never had a single complaint and they are all regulars now of hers too.
Today was my first time at Sydney’s new location, NŌTA Beauty in Rochester, and my jaw legit dropped when I walked in. I was automatically greeted by the wonderful aesthetician, Corina, who was at the front desk and she offered me a drink right away as well as a tour of the space. This place was absolutely stunning and so luxurious. All the other stylists smiled and were super welcoming as well. I really felt so comfortable for the entirety of my appointment. I am even planning on coming back to get my eyebrows tinted.

She remained present in the space and gave more massage than I’ve ever had in a facial treatment. I can not say enough about the service I received with Oana; she is the real deal when it comes to someone who lives, breathes, and loves her work. I have never felt so well cared for in such a short period of time. Let me start by saying I have the world's most sensitive allergy-prone skin and have recently started to struggle with new painful skin conditions on my chin, upper lip, and neck. Oana took the time to help me connect with a good dermatologist, and in my follow-up treatment with her, she provided restoring facial and products that have been a game changer. I can't wait to go back, and I haven't been able to stop talking about what a positive and affirming experience working with Oana was. Her office is clean and welcoming; it was the best investment I had made in a long time, and I am deeply grateful.

I have been going to Jess for facials for just short of a year. Jess provides the most luxurious facial I have ever experienced, hands down. After I started going to her, I began receiving compliments on my skin almost daily. If I could leave 6 stars, I would! I have been going here for eyebrow threading services for at least two years after a bad experience with eyebrow waxing at a different place left me burned (literally and figuratively.) I had tried threading only once before and still wasn't sure about it, but after coming here once, I was a believer! I have only gone here ever since.
Not only do my eyebrows look great after I leave, but the visit is quick (in and out in under 5 mins) and I know I can sit back in the chair and trust Meetra to do a good job. Plus, it's only $10 after a tip because of the cash discount. Definitely come here for a effective, low cost, and fast service.
Kate, the owner, provided an excellent experience! My husband and I had a couples massage where we enjoyed a 45 minute massage, infrared sauna, and a glass of champagne. She did a great job of setting the ambience, an experience we will never forget. We have already began to plan our next massage.

I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.
At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.
I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.
Despite my initial shock and dissatisfaction, I am now genuinely pleased with the outcome and eagerly anticipate my upcoming touch-up appointment.

Absolutely wonder! Spenny did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable during the entire process especially because it was my first tattoo. Explained the process to me and let me take breaks whenever I needed to. And Spenny was also very helpful during the healing process letting me know he would do whatever he could to help.

I had work done by Toby. World class artist and what a decent person. I had to cancel and reschedule a few times and he was nothing but understanding. I sent him the design I wanted and he nailed it. Placement was on my left side abdomen and Toby had a very gentle hand with minimal discomfort. He took his time and piece was perfect. We had great conversations and he’s not just a fantastic artist but also a true gentleman versed in many informative topics.The shop itself was extremely clean and the ecstatics were both comfortable as well as trendy. My daughter went in for a belly piercing and she made her feel very comfortable and talked her through the whole process. This place has my full loyalty after the mess they helped me get out of yesterday I got a really bad belly button piercing from wildside piercing out on Jefferson rd in Henrietta and not only was it irritated but it was also the wrong type of jewelry all together so I came here in high hopes they could fix it within the 2 days of me having this fresh piercing. Not only did they fix the problem they also gave me the proper after care advice and stuff so I can have a successful healing process. I overall will be coming back for future piercings not only does this place know what they’re talking about but they also suggest metals and other things that might be better for your sensitive body. I had a sewer backup issue & called Colin. The plumber who came out tried hard with a couple of different machines, but couldn't clear the obstruction, and explained the next steps in getting the city involved. In these situations the homeowner is in between the plumber & city, potentially facing very expensive repairs. I spoke with Colin.. the following day he showed up personally with two plumbers to show city workers exactly what his plumber had encountered. In the face of this demonstration the city then took action. Everything happened pretty much how Colin & his team figured it would. He obviously cares an awful lot about his reputation and his customers.. highly recommended.

The entire project which consisted of running a new 2" kitchen drain line to a different sewer connection in my crawl space about 24 foot away from my double kitchen sinks. I highly recommend doing business with Loos Electric.I received 3 quotes to have service panel upgraded to 200Amp from 100, install a 100amp sub panel in the garage, and install an electric car charger. Loos had a competitive rate, and did not charge for the estimate unlike another. They were the only electrician that bothered to take information on the charger, and read the manual. They arrived on time, prepared, and were very courteous. The install was done in a timely manner without issue, the energy provider and inspection was scheduled as such to limit outage and inconvenience. They left the place spotless when they were done.This was a refreshing no hassle contract.

Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. I had an issue with the switch and Russ was on it in no time. He got back to me promptly, returning my call/texts, and was out himself to make the repair. Our driveway is badly in need of replacement, and before the old one gets torn up and a new one put down we needed to run power and water to two outbuildings (small barn and a small greenhouse). With only 2 weeks notice, Tom re-arranged his schedule to fit us in and coordinated with our plumber and backhoe guy to have the trenching, electric and plumbing handled at the same time.
Tom's work was flawless (in fact, the whole project went off without a hitch for once), running underground conduit to our barn, installing a breaker panel there, and running from there to the greenhouse (where there are now two "outdoor" duplex outlets, one inside and one outside).
We have been searching for nearly two years for a solid, reputable electrician who has an amazing attitude and focuses on doing the job right the first time - and we've finally found him in Tom. We're constantly remodeling (at least it seems to be constant), and plan on having Tom come to visit frequently. Highly recommended.

It made a section of the vinyl plank separate but they stand behind their work even if it's two years later. They came and fixed it no problem. Recently had floors in 2 bathrooms, an entranceway and a utility closet replaced by United Carpet and Flooring. The whole process was great, from start to finish. We worked with Art McLoud to select an Armstrong product and Dereck and Kevin did the actual installation. I can’t say enough about how good they were. The guys were courteous, very professional and meticulous in the installation. They cleaned up as they went along and there was very little to do after they were done, other than to admire the end result. We are very happy with the work that was done and will have United back to replace some carpet at a future date. We’ve used them in a former residence, in our son’s condo for LVP and now in our current residence. Needless to say, but we highly recommend United Carpet and Flooring.
Second time using Rochester Hardwood Floor.
My home has the original narrow plank hardwoods. The floors are over 60 years old. Rochester Hardwood, literally has made them look brand new! Their work is consistently good. Two years ago, I had the floors on the main level refinished, and last month I had the 2nd floor floors refinished. I’m amazed at how well the floors turn out.
The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review: the shoe molding trim really takes a beating and in several areas there was polyurethane splashed up on my walls and trim.
Otherwise- couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the floors turned out.
Matthew was a pleasure to work with on repairing two areas of our house that had drywall/plaster damage. One area had a small hole from a roof leak that had collapsed that needed to be fixed and filled. The other area was a hallway that had painted wallpaper on the ceiling that was pulling off and needed to be skim-coated to make it smooth again. Matthew was responsive and communicative and handled himself and his work in an highly professional manner and were very happy with his results. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to working with him and recommend you give him a call if you have a project needing work.

Dan was kind enough to walk around an assess my roof. Gave me a report on my roof shingle health. He felt I had a few more years left. I can’t say enough about Wise. I had 5 HVAC contractors in the house and they were by far the most comprehensive and thorough…AND also the most cost effective. Due to medical concerns for a child, I had a specialized air filter installed in addition to a new furnace, A/C and water heater. Wise talked to the owner of the company 3 times and did additional testing to make sure it was properly installed. I highly recommend Wise.

We called for a wasp nest forming behind the siding on our house. The area was treated, but it caused them to not have an escape, forcing the wasps into our house. We had Birchcrest remove three very large trees in our back yard. The crew showed up on the day they said they’d be here, and the crew leader spent a couple of minutes explaining what they were going to do and how. I went into the house thinking it would take a good amount of time only to peek outside about 15 minutes later and one of the trees was already down! They made quick work of taking these trees down, were very thorough about cleaning up and making sure the yard was back to normal despite having a few large holes in the ground where the trees hit when they fell. The largest logs were put in our front yard by the street and were removed the next day with a large loader. They came back a few days later and repaired the holes in the lawn and all was back to normal. It was a very good experience and fun to watch too. They’re a great company to work with, highly recommendable.

Chris and his crew did a great job of renovating my front lawn. They removed the damaged grass and soil and treated for grubs. New topsoil was put down and hydro seeding. After a few weeks the new grass is popping through. I would highly recommend Chris.
Our big maple tree was taken down by Expert today and they were prompt, neat, pleasant and reasonably priced. It was amazing to watch as they used a remote controlled process. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Josh, Rob and Brian were on time both days. Brought all the right equipment. Very efficient and worked very well together. Worked a full day with no lunch. They cleaned up area as they worked and when they finished the only thing that you would have noticed that was different was my 120ft tall tree was gone and the yard looked the same like they never were there. From beginning to end our whole experience with Weber Tree was amazing. We were planning to get some work done and I happened to be in line at Chipotle behind Ziggy’s son. I asked him about the company and could immediately tell this was a quality business. Ziggy came out and did an estimate for us and immediately got back to us with a quote. He was so knowledgeable about trees and he genuinely cared about the health of them. We got a quote from another company who seemed detached from the actual trees. Even if Weber’s had been more (which it wasn’t, very reasonable!) we would have chosen them because of how attentive, friendly and experienced they were. Today is the day after they removed 5 very large trees with issues and some very overdue trimming of our huge oak trees, and we couldn’t be happier. Our yard looks great! The team worked so efficiently and well together. They know what they are doing!
This job was not an easy one, as they had to work around lots of wires, fencing, our pool, and mature landscaping. We couldn’t be happier with their work and plan on having them come back soon for some work in the front. Top notch!!
Listened to our ideas/concerns about our tree and then gave advice about best course of action (certified arborist). Professional, friendly, we were impressed. I went to Cornerstone Dental in their Henrietta, NY location yesterday for a cleaning, X-Rays and an exam and it was an absolute pleasure on every level!! Christine at the Front Desk was SO much fun and friendly, which started my appointment off right. Next, my Dental Hygienist, Sonny, did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and doing my X-Rays! I didn't have one ounce of pain!!!! She was SO much fun, kind, gentle and friendly. My dentist, Dr. Kaylee Pollitt, is also very nice and gentle with my teeth. When my appointment was finished, the Manager, Carla Brucato came out to say hi! She was also SO friendly!! I was SO pleased and look forward to going back in February! I've only seen Dr. Mike and have only been to the Gates Office but I can honestly say that I am so happy with this provider and staff. The staff is super friendly and they greet me by name when I arrive. Dr Mike is a fantastic chiropractor. I started going to Dr. Mike for a low back issue that was also causing me pain in the front of one of my legs - my pain decreased by at least 50% at the first visit then went away completely after a few weeks of treatment. I also have osteoarthritis in both knees and amazingly Dr Mike has been able to make that pain instantly better on days when it has been really bothering me. I didn't even know a chiropractor could help with knee pain! I'm very glad that I found this provider and practice and absolutely recommend him to others.

Have been seeing Dr. Wojciechowski, for 4 years for skin cancer. Always punctual and business like. He comes in, does his assessment and treats needed areas. Only Dr I have that never has excessive wait.
Everything seems to work smoothly at this practice. Dr. Duffy is great and is very "present" during appointments with her. She's warm, personable and knows her stuff; plus, actually takes the time to make eye contact with patient. A pleasant rarity these days!!!!

The waiting room is comfortable and inviting, and it smells good too. I was called back at my exact appointment time.
I was full of nerves and brought my boyfriend with me thinking it would be a stressful appointment, but Mike completely put me at ease. He was very kind, personable, and more informative and helpful than any other doctor I've ever seen. We laughed during the appointment (which I've never experienced at any kind of medical appointment before), he addressed my concerns very thoroughly, and provided some incredibly useful and helpful information. I am SO THANKFUL that I came back to Helendale and got an appointment with him. Mike is the best! Truly.

I started going here when I lived in New York State. I’ve tried other places in Massachusetts and in Florida but no other skincare facility compares to Dermatology Associates of Rochester. I will travel four hours for an appointment here. My last laser appointment was with Danielle Rawleigh. She was exceptional, great bedside manner, and highly knowledgeable. The people are professional and very kind. And the results are exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Meghan offers life changing Pilates therapy. Imagine being able to solve your physical imbalances and weaknesses BEFORE they put you in rehab or the hospital. My 96 year old grandmother has worked out with her, as well as my 5yo daughter. Meghan is kind, works with your issues, attentive, and worth every penny. I was at the chiropractor 2 times a week. They had no interest in me fixing the things that were weak (the reason I had to keep getting adjustments) Meghan was instrumental in strengthening the parts of my core that were weak so I could stop having to depend on all those adjustments. She is loving and patient, you'd be hard for us to find a better Pilates instructor in the country let alone Rochester. I live in a different state and I take virtual sessions because I have not found anyone better than her. Over 20 years later and she still one of the best people in my life.

I have been to a few massage therapists and Sydney is by far the best I’ve experienced! This was my first appointment and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Before we started, she was sure to ask questions about my problem areas and what I’d like to focus on. Her office is easily accessible, clean, and so calming! She was very attentive and checked in with me throughout the massage to assure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend checking her out and can’t wait for my next visit!
I was 7 months pregnant and plagued with terrible migraines. I had been dealing with them for months just trying to get through raising a 3 year old at the same time. The migraines were absolutely debilitating. I called Bob because he was close by and had previously called multiple massage therapists who couldn’t see me for weeks. Bob got me in within a few hours. He spent almost two hours on my neck and head asking me questions as to where the pain was stemming from and working to relieve it. By the end of the session I was in tears of relief. I couldn’t believe that he had fixed it after all of the treatments I had tried. He instructed me to drink lots of water for 24 hours after, which was well needed. A few hours after I had felt shaky and a little woozy. The only way I can explain the feeling is that it had felt like new energy was flowing through my body. Unblocked. Fast forward to now, I haven’t had a single headache since. I’m in absolute awe of how effective Bob’s treatment was and will be forever grateful for the relief he gave me. I 100% recommend Integrative Bodywork to anyone looking for relief in any way or just to relax.

This is the warmest and most welcoming physical therapy center, I have ever been. Kashara is so warm and friendly, greets me by name as I walk in and says you are all checked in as I hang up my coat.As I get older, I forget more, she is so kind and patient, and hands me another printout of my appointment time. I have had rotator cuff impingement which has only become more painful over the years and failed to respond well to physical therapy in the past. Bryan knows what he is doing and has worked miracles as the pain is almost completely gone. His knowledge base seems unlimited and he is always positive and encouraging. What I like most, is it doesn't matter regarding your age, gender, socioeconomic or cultural background, every patient is treated as an important person with value and dignity.
