Went to see Danielle for a wax! I wanted bikini in the front, Brazilian in the back for an upcoming trip. She did an amazing job and it is exactly what I wanted. I was in desperate need for color correction, and Ava at W Salon did a phenomenal job coming to my rescue. Erin is not only extremely professional at her craft, she will also make you feel beautiful inside and out. She will never make you feel ‘dumb’ for lofty ideas (as I have experienced with some stylists). I love Glamour Nails! The ladies are all so nice and the salon is clean. I've been coming here now for years, every 3 weeks. My acrylic nails and gel toes stay strong and perfect color even with my cleaning profession. Lisa has always done my nails I love her work. Kim has done them while Lisa was away just as good! I wear Jackie's work of art around my wrists (forever bracelets) and Kimmy's micro blading technique is fantastic. I have never had Tonya work on me but she always has a smile!

Let me start by saying I have the world's most sensitive allergy-prone skin and have recently started to struggle with new painful skin conditions on my chin, upper lip, and neck. Oana took the time to help me connect with a good dermatologist, and in my follow-up treatment with her, she provided restoring facial and products that have been a game changer. I have been going to Jess for facials for just short of a year. Jess provides the most luxurious facial I have ever experienced, hands down. After I started going to her, I began receiving compliments on my skin almost daily. I am an ICU nurse and even after a 12 hour shift in the very dry hospital, I will get compliments from the incoming nurse about how my skin is glowing. I am so thankful that I found Jess and she has mastered her skill. I never want to go to another esthetician again. The place has been in business for quite some time, obviously they are doing something right. The threading is also done perfectly. I am man who fortunately has some testorone:) so this is what gets done. It is done great all the time. I would recommend this place. The only drawback, they cannot duplicate her.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! I have been going here for eyebrow threading services for at least two years after a bad experience with eyebrow waxing at a different place left me burned (literally and figuratively.) I had tried threading only once before and still wasn't sure about it, but after coming here once, I was a believer! I have only gone here ever since.
Not only do my eyebrows look great after I leave, but the visit is quick (in and out in under 5 mins) and I know I can sit back in the chair and trust Meetra to do a good job. Kate, the owner, provided an excellent experience! My husband and I had a couples massage where we enjoyed a 45 minute massage, infrared sauna, and a glass of champagne. She did a great job of setting the ambience, an experience we will never forget. We have already began to plan our next massage.

I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.
At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.
I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.

I had work done by Toby. World class artist and what a decent person. I had to cancel and reschedule a few times and he was nothing but understanding. I sent him the design I wanted and he nailed it. Placement was on my left side abdomen and Toby had a very gentle hand with minimal discomfort. He took his time and piece was perfect. We had great conversations and he’s not just a fantastic artist but also a true gentleman versed in many informative topics.The shop itself was extremely clean and the ecstatics were both comfortable as well as trendy. This place has my full loyalty after the mess they helped me get out of yesterday I got a really bad belly button piercing from wildside piercing out on Jefferson rd in Henrietta and not only was it irritated but it was also the wrong type of jewelry all together so I came here in high hopes they could fix it within the 2 days of me having this fresh piercing. Not only did they fix the problem they also gave me the proper after care advice and stuff so I can have a successful healing process. I overall will be coming back for future piercings not only does this place know what they’re talking about but they also suggest metals and other things that might be better for your sensitive body. Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. Our driveway is badly in need of replacement, and before the old one gets torn up and a new one put down we needed to run power and water to two outbuildings (small barn and a small greenhouse). With only 2 weeks notice, Tom re-arranged his schedule to fit us in and coordinated with our plumber and backhoe guy to have the trenching, electric and plumbing handled at the same time.
Tom's work was flawless (in fact, the whole project went off without a hitch for once), running underground conduit to our barn, installing a breaker panel there, and running from there to the greenhouse (where there are now two "outdoor" duplex outlets, one inside and one outside).
We have been searching for nearly two years for a solid, reputable electrician who has an amazing attitude and focuses on doing the job right the first time - and we've finally found him in Tom. We're constantly remodeling (at least it seems to be constant), and plan on having Tom come to visit frequently. Highly recommended.

Contacted Monroe Floor Resurfacing via phone and made a quick free estimate appointment. Staff came out in a timely manner and was very professional. Easy to pay invoices and initial deposit online with credit card. I had a small bedroom resurfaced and some pet related damage repairs. Some timing and scheduling issues throughout the repair, which I was appropriately compensated for. Very friendly office and technician staff. I did get a wood air vent upgrade which I highly recommend, it looks wonderful. We had a lighter color hardwood initially that we had stained to aged barrel and looks wonderful. Decent price and quality work. Highly recommend and would consider using again.

The recommended installer was wonderful ( who also is under contract to install for Harman). Harman even takes back unopened boxes of wood. A family business we spoke to one of the owners with questions. There is a reason they have been here in Rochester for generations.
We had been shopping for carpets for quite awhile. United Carpet had so much for us to choose from. We ended up buying area rugs for the main rooms. We weren't sure about the colors or sizes, Christine chose the perfect rugs for us. She made the process stress free. We will definitely be back.

My home has the original narrow plank hardwoods. The floors are over 60 years old. Rochester Hardwood, literally has made them look brand new! Their work is consistently good. Two years ago, I had the floors on the main level refinished, and last month I had the 2nd floor floors refinished. I’m amazed at how well the floors turn out.
The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review: the shoe molding trim really takes a beating and in several areas there was polyurethane splashed up on my walls and trim.
Otherwise- couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the floors turned out.
Matthew was a pleasure to work with on repairing two areas of our house that had drywall/plaster damage. One area had a small hole from a roof leak that had collapsed that needed to be fixed and filled. The other area was a hallway that had painted wallpaper on the ceiling that was pulling off and needed to be skim-coated to make it smooth again. Matthew was responsive and communicative and handled himself and his work in an highly professional manner and were very happy with his results. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to working with him and recommend you give him a call if you have a project needing work.

I can’t say enough about Wise. I had 5 HVAC contractors in the house and they were by far the most comprehensive and thorough…AND also the most cost effective. Due to medical concerns for a child, I had a specialized air filter installed in addition to a new furnace, A/C and water heater. Wise talked to the owner of the company 3 times and did additional testing to make sure it was properly installed. I highly recommend Wise.

We had Birchcrest remove three very large trees in our back yard. The crew showed up on the day they said they’d be here, and the crew leader spent a couple of minutes explaining what they were going to do and how. I went into the house thinking it would take a good amount of time only to peek outside about 15 minutes later and one of the trees was already down! They made quick work of taking these trees down, were very thorough about cleaning up and making sure the yard was back to normal despite having a few large holes in the ground where the trees hit when they fell. The largest logs were put in our front yard by the street and were removed the next day with a large loader. They came back a few days later and repaired the holes in the lawn and all was back to normal. It was a very good experience and fun to watch too. They’re a great company to work with, highly recommendable.

Chris and his crew did a great job of renovating my front lawn. They removed the damaged grass and soil and treated for grubs. New topsoil was put down and hydro seeding. After a few weeks the new grass is popping through. I would highly recommend Chris.
Our big maple tree was taken down by Expert today and they were prompt, neat, pleasant and reasonably priced. It was amazing to watch as they used a remote controlled process. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Josh, Rob and Brian were on time both days. Brought all the right equipment. Very efficient and worked very well together. Worked a full day with no lunch. They cleaned up area as they worked and when they finished the only thing that you would have noticed that was different was my 120ft tall tree was gone and the yard looked the same like they never were there. Listened to our ideas/concerns about our tree and then gave advice about best course of action (certified arborist). Professional, friendly, we were impressed. Large section of the tree was taken down without issue and the area was nicely cleaned afterward. Price was reasonable given the complexity. From beginning to end our whole experience with Weber Tree was amazing. We were planning to get some work done and I happened to be in line at Chipotle behind Ziggy’s son. I asked him about the company and could immediately tell this was a quality business. Ziggy came out and did an estimate for us and immediately got back to us with a quote. He was so knowledgeable about trees and he genuinely cared about the health of them. We got a quote from another company who seemed detached from the actual trees. Even if Weber’s had been more (which it wasn’t, very reasonable!) we would have chosen them because of how attentive, friendly and experienced they were. Today is the day after they removed 5 very large trees with issues and some very overdue trimming of our huge oak trees, and we couldn’t be happier. Our yard looks great! The team worked so efficiently and well together. They know what they are doing!

I got new insurance so I had to look for a new dentist. I found a good one. Dr. Chen and staff are friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. Dr. Chen explained everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I had two very difficult extractions on some cracked teeth and Dr. Chen did a fantastic job. I healed quickly using her instructions and the follow up was good news.I have already recommended her to my family and friends.

Have been seeing Dr. Wojciechowski, for 4 years for skin cancer. Always punctual and business like. He comes in, does his assessment and treats needed areas. Only Dr I have that never has excessive wait.
Everything seems to work smoothly at this practice. Dr. Duffy is great and is very "present" during appointments with her. She's warm, personable and knows her stuff; plus, actually takes the time to make eye contact with patient. A pleasant rarity these days!!!!

The waiting room is comfortable and inviting, and it smells good too. I was called back at my exact appointment time.
I was full of nerves and brought my boyfriend with me thinking it would be a stressful appointment, but Mike completely put me at ease. He was very kind, personable, and more informative and helpful than any other doctor I've ever seen. We laughed during the appointment (which I've never experienced at any kind of medical appointment before), he addressed my concerns very thoroughly, and provided some incredibly useful and helpful information. I am SO THANKFUL that I came back to Helendale and got an appointment with him. Mike is the best! Truly.
I will now be coming to Helendale for all of my dermatology needs. I'm just so thrilled and happy with how this appointment went. I hope Mike Brown, PA stays there forever!
I started going here when I lived in New York State. I’ve tried other places in Massachusetts and in Florida but no other skincare facility compares to Dermatology Associates of Rochester. I will travel four hours for an appointment here. My last laser appointment was with Danielle Rawleigh. She was exceptional, great bedside manner, and highly knowledgeable. The people are professional and very kind. And the results are exceptional. I highly recommend them.

We have been going here for almost 20 years with cats and a dog and have had the best experience. The vets all are knowledgeable, really explain what's going on and your options. The prices are reasonable. We moved to the west side but kept going because it's worth the drive for the trust I have for this office and the care they give pur animals.
Dr Bryce took very good care of our mutt that lived 16 good years. And when it was time to put him to rest he was able to get us in that same day and made us feel that we were doing the right thing.

Hands down the most caring vet I have ever seen. She text me after I brought my dog to the emergency vet to see how he was doing and has been in constant communication with me via text since. I would recommend her and Irondequoit Animal Hospital to everyone. The whole staff is warm, welcoming and very accommodating.
We have been receiving care here since 1965. After the pandemic I was considering changing to a different facility. When my senior cat was diagnosed with a chronic and life ending diagnosis, Chili Animal care has offered and cared for her with skill, committment and empathy. I am very glad we did not change to a different facility. They have made this difficult time easier and dignified for all of us. Unfortunately there is only one doctor here but she is knowledgeable, skilled, with great communication skills and is supportive to my cats and to us humans as well.
While I had to wait for this vet clinic to accept new clients, I am glad I did. Really personable and not out to squeeze every emotional dollar out of you, the staff is very attentive and my dog has been well treated front and center in a timely and cost considerate manner. Finely feeling well cared for all the way around.

I have not been this excited about my dog getting groomed in a long time. It isn't easy finding someone that not only understands what you want, but wants to give it to you. That's what I found with Bonny. What a joy to work with her. Yesterday was our first session. First of many, I hope. I'm in love with his face. Finally got it how I like it. He also got his nails done, which is a miracle (he doesn't like having his nails done). He did so well and that happy smile. I can't stop smiling at how happy he is. That's a testament to Bonny and how well she worked with my dog. 10/10. 100% recommend!!

Greg, the trainer that led me through my 6 week challenge, was the biggest help to my weight loss journey. Meghan offers life changing Pilates therapy. Imagine being able to solve your physical imbalances and weaknesses BEFORE they put you in rehab or the hospital. My 96 year old grandmother has worked out with her, as well as my 5yo daughter. Meghan is kind, works with your issues, attentive, and worth every penny. I was at the chiropractor 2 times a week. They had no interest in me fixing the things that were weak (the reason I had to keep getting adjustments) Meghan was instrumental in strengthening the parts of my core that were weak so I could stop having to depend on all those adjustments. She is loving and patient, you'd be hard for us to find a better Pilates instructor in the country let alone Rochester. I live in a different state and I take virtual sessions because I have not found anyone better than her. Over 20 years later and she still one of the best people in my life.

I was 7 months pregnant and plagued with terrible migraines. I had been dealing with them for months just trying to get through raising a 3 year old at the same time. The migraines were absolutely debilitating. I called Bob because he was close by and had previously called multiple massage therapists who couldn’t see me for weeks. Bob got me in within a few hours. He spent almost two hours on my neck and head asking me questions as to where the pain was stemming from and working to relieve it. By the end of the session I was in tears of relief. I couldn’t believe that he had fixed it after all of the treatments I had tried. He instructed me to drink lots of water for 24 hours after, which was well needed. A few hours after I had felt shaky and a little woozy. The only way I can explain the feeling is that it had felt like new energy was flowing through my body. Unblocked. Fast forward to now, I haven’t had a single headache since. I’m in absolute awe of how effective Bob’s treatment was and will be forever grateful for the relief he gave me. This is the warmest and most welcoming physical therapy center, I have ever been. Kashara is so warm and friendly, greets me by name as I walk in and says you are all checked in as I hang up my coat.As I get older, I forget more, she is so kind and patient, and hands me another printout of my appointment time. I have had rotator cuff impingement which has only become more painful over the years and failed to respond well to physical therapy in the past. Bryan knows what he is doing and has worked miracles as the pain is almost completely gone. His knowledge base seems unlimited and he is always positive and encouraging. What I like most, is it doesn't matter regarding your age, gender, socioeconomic or cultural background, every patient is treated as an important person with value and dignity.
