After 33 years my old colonial was in dire ned of a new roof and gutters which I had been putting off due to negative experiences with other roofing companies. On the other hand my experience with Brian from JP Hunter could not have been any more positive. His estimate was substantially lower than the other established roofing companies and he inspired a positive feeling that my house would be in good hands. His crew did a thorough job - new roof with GAF shingles with an excellent warrantee, new gutters, fascia boards, skylight and cedar siding repair. Rained into our living room and bed rooms!!!! Kerry had Brian come out asap and they fixed my entire roof and gutters the next day!!!! They are professional and clean everything up. Beautiful work. Would not call anyone else but these Experts :)

The project entailed stripping off the old asphalt shingles part of which were over cedar shakes and lath, then installing the new roof and repairing and installing new flashing in several places.I am very pleased with the results and would happily recommend JP Hunter to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor.The job was completed on time and at a competitive price.However the real test of a contractor or service provider comes when the unexpected happens as it did in our case.JP Hunter stood by us - corrected the situation and that is what makes this local company stand above all the rest.Thank you Jim, Brian, Kerry and the rest of the team.Frank and Suzanne...read full review
