She worked day N Night with me while I was out of state, and with my sibling Jose in Brooklyn, to bring our grandmother home from Florida to Brooklyn a coordinate service. Jessica was given the assignment and carried it out with precision, compassion, and care.
She guided us through every step, even when we were in tears. We asked that our grandmother look like a princess on her way to God’s hands, and Jessica made sure she did. Her dedication meant everything to us. The entire process was handled with grace, dignity, and deep respect.
