The lady who did my nails was nice, but there were several issues I encountered. A) the instruments didn’t come in sterilized bags. Idk if they were clean. B) she very poorly took my regular polish off… so much so that it’s still visible under my gel nails now (see photos). C) some areas of my nails were bubbly D) one of my nails has empty spots/marks (see photos) and when I pointed it out to her, she said there was nothing she could do about it and blamed me for it, saying maybe I touched something insight the UV light. The lady who did my nails was nice, but there were several issues I encountered. A) the instruments didn't come in sterilized bags. Idk if they were clean. C) some areas of my nails were bubbly D) one of my nails has empty spots/marks (see photos) and when I pointed it out to her, she said there was nothing she could do about it and blamed me for it, saying maybe I touched something insight the UV light. I was VERY careful putting my hand in there so I highly doubt that was it. E) the shape or the French is different/ more straight on some nails. F) the base of my French is uneven and streaky. G) the top coat was uneven!!! Conclusion: Will never be coming back here. Very little attention to detail. They rush and not sure if instruments are clean. You get what you pay for and it's not much cheaper than places that really take their time and pay attention to detail. Oh and also no hot towel. I came back from washing my hands and she handed me a paper towel. So much for a boutique spa. I will say I did appreciate that they took me in as a walk in and provided me with a charger for my phone, but def will not be coming back. Update: sent a message to the owner on Instagram and she said no refund, can only come back to fix. How am I expected to trust that the nail tech will do any better than the first time?
Asked for white/ pink ombre and provided photos. After two attempts she gave me grey/pink and wrong shape. I assumed she'd make sure it was right the second time. For $98 (I also got gel manicure, went fine) I'd like to get what I asked for. To be fair, technique was good they were polite.
