“I was in the process of moving to NY from Seattle, when a week away from retiring a guy t-bones me in an intersection and wrecked my car and left me with injuries in my shoulder/neck and hip. As soon as I arrived in Ridgewood, living with my son for a couple of months, I was referred by a pain management doc to have PT here. They immediately welcomed me and treated me with nothing but professionalism and great care. Monika, the front desk manager and her assistants make sure that all works well between insurance and my lawyer, and keep me updated on everything! And always display great flexibility if needed. And kudos to my personal therapist Edda! Sweet, loving and patient and professional on every level involving my needed care! She knows me, and it is a great feeling to have the same therapist working with you. Although a few times I had to work with a different one, they knew my needs. Rex gave me a massage including hot stones and scented oil, all at a very affordable price. I left a 65% tip because I think he was really good! I will definitely return! relaxing environment despite the influx of people and staff!“

“I come to New City Sky pretty frequently and have for the last five years. The staff is fairly friendly and the masseuse's are all very good at deep tissue massage (a must for me personally). The main detractor of the business is the cheap rooms and massage tables (they use a toilet paper piece to cover the head rest) and the fact that you can easily hear anything happening on the street, detracting majorly from the ambiance. Overall, the pricing is pretty affordable ($50 for one hour) and they do accommodate with hot stones and walking on your back if requested.“
