Big gym with all you need and severeal other rooms for different activities like boitcamps, yoga classes, etc. Punch bags room and streching/body workouts room. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because they don't have a sauna and ice pitt.
Kind of gross. All of the lockers in the ladies locker room are rusty and do not feel clean. Worried the rust will get on my clothes so I try not to leave stuff in there, very inconvenient. The bathroom especially doesn’t feel clean and is very rundown. At least one treadmill will be broken at some point and usually 1 out of two stair machines are broken. All in all, a pretty run down gym, needs a vast amount of updating.
I’ve been coming here for two years and have enjoyed my experience. Solid gym with workout equipment that some, more traditional gyms do not have available which helps keep my workouts fresh! Being able to come whenever I have time is awesome since my work schedule is varied! Mike and the team are awesome, a great place to workout, but also a great community to be a part of!
