wowwwwww. i am so happy! i have a huge vintage moroccan rug from the 70s that i bought five years ago. it was the rug in the main room of my previous very small house, and got a lot of wear from my dogs and me and my partner.
when we moved into a nicer, bigger place, it became clear that the rug desperately needed to be cleaned. it was hard to stomach the cost of $400 to clean a rug, but HOLY COW. they just brought it back today, and it looks better than when i bought it. honestly. it feels softer, thicker, and it looks more square??

I had never had a rug cleaned professionally before and I was so happy with the service at Fantastic Carpet Cleaning (September '23). I had a less than desirable subletter for the summer and a nearly brand new rug that I wasn't sure there was hope for. The pick-up and drop-off made this service so convenient for a busy New Yorker and they did such a great job making my rug look brand new again. Will be using them from now on! Thank you!
