I had never had a rug cleaned professionally before and I was so happy with the service at Fantastic Carpet Cleaning (September '23). I had a less than desirable subletter for the summer and a nearly brand new rug that I wasn't sure there was hope for. The pick-up and drop-off made this service so convenient for a busy New Yorker and they did such a great job making my rug look brand new again. Will be using them from now on! Thank you!

I am blown away with their service and how they cleaned my carpet. I have huge white area rug in my living room, and the traffic area was grey. Disgusting to the point I wanted to throw it away. It needed old school cleaning, soaking in water and scrubbing. Everywhere I looked was insane pricing for that. They not only that have extremely reasonable prices, but they washed my carpet 4X to get results! No extra charge! And it is delivered back today, white and almost not recognizable difference between traffic area and parts that were under the furniture.
