DIR Salon Furniture has provided excellent service with quality products. Recently I received several items. Each piece was delivered on time in the manner promised. The stools were quite easy to assemble. One swivel stool had casters that did not match the others - not in error, but by happenstance. I emailed the company to request the matching casters offering to pay for them. Without hesitation, the kind person responded that they would send the matching casters at no charge. You can bet I will continue to purchase all the equipment I can from DIR. This company is the best!

I recently ordered several spa tables and reception chairs from this company. Unfortunately one of the tables had a rip in the vinyl that did not result during shipping. Customer service responded within minutes and remedied the situation by offering to ship a new cushion at no charge. I am very impressed with this companies service and products. The tables are sturdy, easy to move around and most of all are very comfortable. This is important to me add many of our clients will be positioned on these tables for lengthy tattoo sessions. I have been in the beauty industry longer than I ought to admit. I have had a few businesses and there was one thing that always was disappointing, the trolleys
I do not recall whether these were industry bought on ebay or Amazon, but I do know that it was after several attempts that we found these glass/ four shelf trolleys with the smoothest gliding I've ever come across.
These are well built, they last years, the sophisticated design was always noticed by the clients that often felt the need to get one for themselves even if they weren't beauty professionals
