“Cloe and her team is incredible! I got married on 11/5/23 and she was early and ready to go immediately the day of the wedding! My 8 bridesmaids, mother, aunt and now mother-in-in law all got services so it was a big party of people they handled flawlessly! My aunt and one of the bridesmaids who only wanted hair saw the makeup on the other girls and ended up asking for the team to do their makeup too (unsurprisingly they accommodated the extra services without question). “I saw Andrea and I couldn’t be happier. I myself am a seasoned stylist so I know good hair when I get it. I randomly came to bliss because I was in the middle of blowing out my hair when my blow dryer popped. I called and the very friendly front desk got me an appointment right away. I had the pleasure of sitting in Andrea’s chair, she was so nice I could sit there all day. She is an experienced hair dresser so my thick wavy long hair was done in 20 min. Our hair made it through wind by the water and makeup made it through tears at a wedding. Never had to do any touch ups literally lasted all day and night. “I left a review here a couple of years ago on my other account but I didn't write a description and felt it was time to rectify that. Kasey has been doing my brows for years now and I don't trust anyone else. I moved to NYC recently and I still wait until I'm visiting my parents to get my brows done. The lamination service changed the way my face looked in the best way. I think the benefit brand wax is a super secret formula or something because I never have any irritation or redness after getting my brows done when I always did at other places. 10/10 experience every single time.“

Very happy and pleased with my highlights and root coverage done by Alyssa. She listened to what I was experiencing and what I wanted to achieve as far as color and adding warmth to my hair. “Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany!!!!! Now I know why she calls herself hair magic. The only one who can take my super dark, thick hair and make it bright blonde! She is absolutely amazing, detail oriented and amazing at what she does. You can tell she really takes pride in her work. She listens to you, and goes above and beyond expectation, making them become your reality! The salon is clean and nice, there can be a lot going on strikes but everyone is very respectful of each others space. Tiffany-Marie, you are AMAZINGGGF AT WHAT YOU DO!!!

“First time visit to this salon. I really needed someone to 'fix' my hair and get me on the right track. I didn't have to wait too long to get an appointment, for which I was grateful. Upon my arrival I met with Joanie. She wanted to see my hair dry and know what I liked and didn't like about the present cut. How awesome to have a stylist really evaluate my hair. It's condition, what was going on, what was needed and doable with the style I wanted. Shannon washed my hair and it was like massage therapy. Joanie gave me an awesome cut, explaining and educating as it was being done. She checked in with me as she was cutting to make sure all was going well. I love my haircut ; its easy to blow out and looks great. I'll be back to Shear Extacy.“

“Glam me up was everything I could have hoped for in a hair and makeup team. The owner, Kelly, is easily the most organized person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Kelly was on top of absolutely everything, and made everything so easy and stress free. My mother, sister and I had Sam for hair, and Joanne for makeup. And we could not have been happier. Talented, punctual, attention to detail, and also both were really funny and brought a great energy to the room. Not sure what this Melissa M. user talking about with her Groupon code and excuse about not being able to wait... she has bad cellphone reception and blames the hair studio? What kind of review system does yelp even run these days. People look at google for reviews and yelp is for reservations, at best. Hope yelp improves this archaic review filtering and promoting system, because it's wacky! Anyways hair studio 5 stars, Melissa unhelpful.“
