It is all geared for you to have the experience you need and deserve. I have practiced REIKI, as a REIKI Master, for over 15 years. And find that Meditation is a perfect way to begin your REIKI time with me. These Meditations are wisdom that comes from all over the world. Then, we begin your time in treatment... The whole experience should be about 1 1/2 hours.. Come in comfortable clothes... It has been said that Reiki calls upon your ability to heal yourself.
