He walked us through our options, articulated the tradeoffs of various systems and right sized the equipment to meet the needs of our nearly 100 year old home.We were especially pleased with the level of customer service during the installation process - they were responsive to email, accommodated our schedules, and the techs were friendly and professional. In one particular case, one of their techs took time out of their schedule late on a Friday afternoon to commission our system and answer any questions we had.Our home has many challenges for any HVAC system to overcome but so far the heat pump have been performing very better than we expected. The home has stayed cool well into the upper 90s and has been comfortably warm now that the temperature has dipped. In reality, I can just set the thermostat to 70 and not even have to think about it.Very pleased with the outcome and look forward to working with them again.“
