In 2014 I had an energy audit, many upgrades were suggested in order to make my house more comfortable and save on heating and cooling costs. The suggestions paid off and I saved on my heating and electric bills. And the house was definetely more comfortable.

Joseph Malcarne and his team is very spheticated and experienced team of people to deliver the best for the clients. The company is experienced in Green energy for over 25 yrs in Solar, wind and geothermal energy and using the latest technology out there.

I have been a longtime client of Malcarne Contracting for over 20 years and counting! I first met Joseph Malcarne through my role as board president of a large condominium complex. We selected his company (from among a long list of other general contractors) to rebuild a cluster of multi-story condo units which were destroyed in a catastrophic fire. Several years later, I hired Malcarne Contracting to complete my townhome renovation which involved a large expansion (including master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a steam room and spa).
