First time with Lorraine and the woman truly is a perfectionist; she spent hours with me and made me feel like I was her only client for the day- which I clearly wasn't! I was impressed with her level of professionalism and her kind spirit. I'm happy to know I don't have to look any further for all my hair needs! I highly recommend Lorraine?
